 Project Management
The overall objective of project management provided by TNG is to verify the designed system is installed according to the design specifications, on time, and on budget. The functions that can be performed during the procurement phase of the project include but are not limited to:
Assistance in attaching bidding documents to the design specifications in order to release an Invitation For Bid.
Assistance in locating and inviting qualified contractors to bid.
Leading the pre-bid conference and walk through.
Assistance in evaluation of bids, including contractor qualification reviews.
The functions that can be performed during the construction phase of the project include but are not limited to:
Review of all submittals.
Check, and review installation progress.
Review changes in scope.
Review testing and test reports.
Review ‘as-built’ diagrams.
Review contractor progress payments.
If your firm is required to manage the project, TNG can be your subcontractor for the project management of the Communications, electronic security and fire systems. We will verify that the designed system is installed according to the design specifications, on time, and on budget.
